He was Chairman of MCG from 2002 to 2009, and he became its CEO in 2007. From 2002 to 2019, MCG has grown by over twenty times. Prior to MCG joining Hearst in 2012, Mr. Shreve had been with Milliman for over 25 years as an Equity Principal and Consulting Actuary. In addition to MCG, Mr. Shreve led or sponsored twenty other practices, including actuarial practices in Denver, Mexico, and Brazil, and Milliman’s risk adjuster, MARA, and its Medical Underwriting Guidelines. He held various leadership positions, including service on Milliman’s Board of Directors and Chairman of its Health Product Committee.
