This exposition discusses the career of the coming Antichrist by examining Daniel 9:27, the text Jesus refers to in Matthew 24:15 as the prophetic template to be used to determine the events and chronological sequence of the “beginning of birth pangs.” Special consideration is given to the current conditions surrounding the nation Israel and how they may fit into the prophetic picture.
