An Invitation to New Life

As we step back into John, we take steps with Jesus through His final days, His death, and most importantly His resurrection. John 12:23-28 frames these final steps beautifully for us. Each of these steps provide a contemplative opportunity for us to evaluate our lives and the sacrifice Jesus makes for the world. Jesus showed us what is possible to happen in our life! Will we follow in His example? Can we follow in His steps? Will we lay down our lives and accept His invitation for new life?
