Big Idea - Where can we go when everything is falling apart and no one can help? We can always go to Jesus and He will never fail to help any and all who come to Him because they believe He can help them. Just going to Jesus is an act of faith even if only a faith that is feeble. The better they knew who Jesus was the stronger their faith. It helps to be desperate, to have nowhere else to turn. Maybe we do not go in faith to Jesus because we are not yet convinced He is our only hope. Jesus helped everyone who came to Him believing He could do something, and sometimes even helping those who were beyond making their own decision to come. He always 1) welcomed them with mercy and compassion, 2) met them with a healing touch, 3) encouraged them, and 4) met their needs. His long term goal was not just to help, but to call them to be His disciples.
