Jesus expects His Disciples to meet the needs that are before them, but not by human means. He is the provision for every need, and we are to meet the needs before us through the provision of Christ. Jesus is the source and supply of all that we need. Therefore - what people really need is Jesus, not just programs, methods, or human solutions to their problems. Kingdom Ministry is not simply meeting human needs - although that is vitally important. But, we must be meeting those needs by bringing people to Christ in a way that they find in Him the provision of all that they need.
