How are we to respond toward the evil spiritual forces in the world? We cannot ignore them, or live in ignorance of their destructive and malicious purpose in the world. At the same time, we are not to live in fear of them, and we should never fall under their power or control. We are delivered and protected from all the forces of darkness through faith in Jesus who dominates and conquers every demonic foe! Thus - we engage in spiritual warfare against Satan by trusting in Christ and His absolute power and authority to deliver and protect us from their schemes. Our goal and purpose is not to conquer demons or control them - rather, we, like Jesus, are called to set people free from spiritual oppression by making them true disciples. The world is sometimes more fearful of Jesus than of the demons that oppress them - but we are to tell our story to them anyway, with the hope that some will have faith and believe in Him.
