The end of the year is a time to reflect and respond. It is a good time to review how have we experienced Him working in us and revealing Himself to us? What are the Gospel messages He has been speaking and how have we acted on them? What mysteries of God are unfolding before us? It is out of these experiences that we are to be moved to action, to witness, to worship, and to contemplation - if we have faith to see God at work in these things.
