Andrew Murray wrote, “At the very root of all Christian life lies the truth that God is must do all, that our one work is to give and leave ourselves in His hands, in the confession of utter helplessness and dependence, in the assured confidence that He gives all we need.” This is certainly what it means to abide in Christ as Jesus teaches in John 15.
