Welcome to the Food For Thought Series! The Topic is This is really Food For Thought! Check out Rocky’s World above, in reference to: Fellowship With The Lord!

Can we fellowship with the Lord as well as with other believers? Could it be that God wants to fellowship with us? Could it be that he created man and woman, that began with Adam and Eve, to fellowship with us? Could it be that He sent His only Son Jesus, so that we could not only be saved, but that this made it possible for us to have a relationship with God, Our Father, through Jesus?

1 Corinthians 1:8-9

He will keep you strong to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of your Lord Jesus Christ. God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful. Does this scripture tell us about whether we can fellowship with him?

1 John 1: 3

We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.

When we have a personal relationship with the Lord, Could it be that He does fellowship with us? Could it be that there are times when you learn, He has a sense of humor, or times just to walk with him in silence and peace, or talking with him like you would another person? Could prayer, praise and worship bring us into fellowship with him? When we fellowship with other Believers do we do the same with the Lord? Does the scripture, 1 John 1:3, tell us about fellowship with other believers and Him? Could it be that God loves to fellowship with us? What do you think? Have you experienced that great Love and Joy when you fellowship with him? If you haven’t, do you want to?

Study, mediate, pray about scriptures that have to do with Fellowship, not only with The Lord but also with other believers?
