God's word is living and imperishable, bringing new birth that cannot be lost. Throughout history, the church has thrived where Scripture was available and struggled where it was hidden or distorted. Because Christ is the word made flesh, He must remain at the centre of all preaching and worship, nourishing believers as they grow in faith.
