Being a confessional church means more than reciting creeds. It means professing Jesus as Lord and God, processing what Scripture teaches through careful theology, and protecting that deposit of faith against every attack. Creeds and confessions are gifts that keep us anchored to Christ, and the Holy Spirit empowers us to guard and proclaim these truths with joy.
