Micah's ancient prophecy promised a ruler from tiny Bethlehem who would shepherd His people with strength and bring lasting peace. Jesus fulfils this promise as the good shepherd who knows us personally, lays down His life for us, and leads us into flourishing. His rule brings peace with God and transforms how we live with one another.
