True wisdom comes from sitting at Jesus' feet and listening to His words, not simply from busy service. Mary chose what matters most by prioritising time with Jesus, while Martha let her serving distract her from His teaching. The choices we make today, especially as parents and mentors, flow from whether we have taken God's word to heart. Living wisely means letting Scripture shape our decisions so we can love God and others well.
