The United States is easing travel restrictions for fully vaccinated visitors from Mexico starting in November, allowing people traveling for nonessential reasons to cross the U.S. borders if they show proof of vaccination.
And in January, the second phase begins: Extending vaccine requirements so that it also includes people traveling for essential reasons.
