The threat of a second wave of COVID-19 raised public alarm about the complexity of the novel coronavirus. China and South Korea have recently reported new clusters of coronavirus infections after an ease of the lockdown restrictions in the two countries. Experts have warned that countries that either have kept COVID-19 under control, or are still seeing a peak of pandemic, should be cautious of a new wave of spreading.
