Description

Joanna Waterfall is teh creator of The Yellow Conference - a community of creative women who come together under one simple vision: to use their skills, talents and resources for good. Joanna created the conference out of her own need to hear other women's stories who were creating their own companies in order to both do good in teh world and follow their own path in life. Joanna's professional career is in graphic design, but her goal is to be able to focus on The Yellow Conference full time. We talk about her goals for growing the conference into an online platform via a Kickstarter, her struggles and doubts along the way and how she has built a community of support around her.
