Burnout is everywhere and these days is experienced by almost everyone so how do we overcome that when we live in a world that always wants us to be doing more? 

I chat with Puja about exactly that. As a Neurologist who coaches women on burnout, she has a lot of great advice for us on how to manage our busy lives in a way that won't lead us to burnout.
