Description

Pam McLellan moved from Maryland to Eugene OR a bit over 5 years ago and actually loves the wet overcast winters! She says that of all the places she's lived, she's never seen people embrace the outdoors so much.

Pam is passionate about health, pets, hiking, kayaking, and of course, tiny houses. After more than a year of living in a tiny house with her dog and two cats, she finds that it aligns all her values. She discovered that downsizing caused her to be aware of her environment and to make conscious choices to create stress-less simplicity. Pam lives what she calls “Joyful Abundance”.

For many years Pam worked as a museum curator and administrator as well as a library public relations manager. She has a masters degree in Art History, is an author and a certified life coach. However she found that non-profits tend to be nearly non-profit for employees as well. As a single mom she always works side jobs or consulted to support herself and her children.

After the death of many family members from cancer and Alzheimers, she started searching for answers for why our society is hit so hard by chronic disease and how we can prevent it. In 2005 Pam partnered with an international company that had healthy products that were higher quality than any she’d seen before and she quickly saw results in herself as well as her friends. In a very short time, she developed a passion to learn more.

With a background in research, she looks for practical ways women in particular can change the health of their families. As a baby boomer herself, she is unwilling to submit to the belief that we decline with age. Pam’s ultimate goal is to be a wise, active, healthy old woman right up to the end.

Pam consults and tailors health programs for the individual’s needs and goals. She uses her expertise in self-development, coaching and systems to help women reach their highest potential both physically and financially.
