Carol and Philip Wachniak her husband, believe that most customers, donors and investors feel good about supporting companies that do “good.” By valuing the three Ps (people, planet, and profit), social entrepreneurs like Philip and Carol Wachniak are creating sustainable business models that operate differently than traditional for profit and nonprofit entities. From their commitment to social enterprise, businesses also achieve a boost in productivity and employee retention due to the personal growth development programs designed within these business models. Philip and Carol realize that when you feel that your work as an employee has a tangible, positive impact on the lives of others, you're more likely to go above and beyond the “Golden Rule” and become a role model business leader for others.
