Show Notes:

In this episode of the Chicks Who Give a Hoot podcast, I sit down with Tabitha St. Bernard-Jacobs, an organizer, writer, and antiracist parenting educator. Tabitha shares her journey from an abusive household to becoming a leading voice in anti-racist parenting.

We discuss the six core tenets of antiracist parenting: continuous learning, consistent conversations, community action, intentional environments, reflective media, and parental modeling. The conversation also touches on the challenges of educating white children about their privilege and the importance of questioning systems of oppression. Tabitha emphasizes the power of intentionality and the role parents have in raising future change-makers.
