David Jackman served with UCCF in London, was taught by J I Packer and Alec Motyer at Trinity College Bristol and was pastor Above Bar Church in Southampton before becoming Director of the Cornhill Training Course in London. He has written numerous bible commentaries including the edition on the Epistles of John in the IVP Bible Speaks Today series, and several other books.
