Are you allowing yourself to dream bigger, or do you stop yourself with reasons and justifications as to why you cannot have or do something?
In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Dr. David Kubes about creating your life through dreaming without limitations and without going to the 'how to'.
You are the source of creation - it's your choices that create! What if everything is possible? Keep dreaming and go bigger and bigger.
Questions And Tools:
- Ask for people to show up that you can surround yourself with who are willing to contribute to what you are asking for and dreaming for, and not put you down.
- Rather than accepting a "No," demand for something more for you and your life.
- Write your dreams down in a notebook
- Write down 10 things you think are hurdles for your dreams. Go through each one and ask questions; "Is this actually true or is it somebody else's point of view? Is it a lie? Is it somebody else's lie? What would I need to change to have this not be a problem and turn into a possibility?"
- Check in with yourself every 6 months:
"What am I asking for?"
"What did I create/achieve?"
- Have gratitude for everything you have created and achieved.
Questions you can ask:
- Who have you been choosing limitation for?
- What seed can you plant today?
- "Dear universe, surprise me today. What else is possible?"
