It's hard when we've been through betrayal to navigate a world where our nervous system is on alert to keep us safe from threats. We want to take action. We want to have control once again of our life. As we heal, our triggers become farther between. What do we do when we are in a public setting and a trigger shows up? How can we manage it? How do we work through it? I use a current trigger as an example to show you what it looks like to feel it and heal it so that you can enjoy all the wonderful experiences life has to offer.
