Five years after Harry left Hogwarts, we apparate back into the Wizarding World, this time following Newt Scamander and some other fresh faces around 1920s New York.
We talk about the mythology of the book from which this movie draws its name, the future of the 5 parts Beasts series and the possibility that Dumbledore's Army was simply hidden up his sleevey. We attempt to match wizard wits, with Jay roundly trouncing AJ in his knowledge of the Harry Potter mythos and his ability to pronounce the charms and spells. AJ is bad at that.
So settle in with a warm butter beer and wrap your cloak of invisibility tightly around you (neither of which make an appearance in this movie, we are sad to say) and enjoy listening to two NoMajs (or muggles, if you prefer) talk about Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them!
