Back in my Keller Williams days now a decade ago, I learned an acronym from a very wise teacher named Dick Dillingham. The acronym was what we as presenters and trainers and coaches would benefit from becoming. The acronym was KOOL: Keen Observer Of Life.
I've never forgotten that, and I've been practicing ever since.
