This week we talk with Melissa Johnston. Melissa is a champion for small to medium-sized business and nonprofits and an active member of her community. Melissa enjoys seeing business owners' and nonprofit managers' dreams come true by providing a financing structure that suits them best along with helpful cash management products to support their daily banking needs. She has a niche lending in the M&A space as well as to schools, including a variety of charter and private educational institutions. She's received numerous awards including the MSPBJ's 40 under 40 and Women to Know, Finance & Commerce's Top Women in Finance and Twin Cities Business Notable Women in Commercial Banking. Melissa serves on various boards and committees and enjoys coaching the many sports her kids are involved in. She considers herself a multiplier and is passionate about having and being a mentor.
