This week, we talk with Megan Dobratz, about her business, Native Sustainability, life as a consultant and more.  For nearly two decades, Megan has been building meaningful relationships and broad work experience throughout the environmental field. Since 2012, she has worked as a consultant to diverse businesses and large venues, such as the Minnesota State Fair and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community, integrating sustainability into all aspects of their work. She leverages her knowledge, relationships and creativity to help clients make business choices that support environmental and social commitments, profit motives and human capital. Megan holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
