Description

As a young woman with a feminine energy, I struggled growing up in a world dominated by masculine energy, trying to understand why I couldn't hear my intuition or know what I desired. I was raised to follow my rational mind and make logical decisions, but I didn't know what I wanted in the first place.

When I first met Elizabeth DiAlto in a training over a decade ago, I was immediately inspired by her bold, sensuous teachings about how women can move beyond the limits and stories of our minds and into our bodies to connect with the intuition and wisdom within. She moved with poise, grace, and a freedom that she called 'untamed:' the 'Wild Soul' Essence as it moves through us and as us.

Known for her nuanced, inclusive, and humor-infused approach to spirituality and the healing arts, Elizabeth DiAlto is an Embodiment Specialist and a Spiritual Futurist.

I recently interviewed Elizabeth for the Soul-Shaking-Love Podcast and in this interview, you'll discover:

What is embodiment?

Why is it important to get out of our heads and into our bodies when we're wanting better, deeper, and more meaningful intimacy (of any kind)?

What role do courageous conversations play in all of this?

Why does this improve relationships?

In 2013 she founded the School of Sacred Embodiment, where she's developed a range of healing and liberatory frameworks and modalities that blend together movement, energy work, and mystical wisdom.
