Welcome back for our first episode of 2023! It's good to be back, and I really missed you these last few months.
When it comes to new beginnings and fresh starts, New Year's Day is just an arbitrary day. Nothing is saying we have to wait until January 1 to do something new, and I firmly believe that any day of the year can be your personal New Year.
It's never too late to have a fresh start.
To get the year started, I'm sharing why the start of this year felt different for me and how I'm changing the way I live my life and run my business. I'm also talking about how you can build a coaching business centered around the things that are most meaningful to you and in alignment with your values.
