When I looked deeper into what was getting in the way for these women, it became very clear: their inability to navigate their relationships with ease and with confidence made it virtually impossible for them to show up powerfully in other aspects of their life.
This inability to navigate their relationships, ultimately decreased their capacity for success, contribution, and even joy.
