If "actions speak louder than words", then how much power lies in the words we speak to others? Actions in most cases can be undone but our words, and the things we say, cannot be unheard. So, why is it so important to choose our words wisely? As Christian business leaders, we face the same emotional struggles that everyone faces, yet we must guard our tongue against allowing our (negative) emotions to translate to words of anger, criticism, negativity, and hurt.
