In the year 1061 there was an apparition of the Virgin Mary in England. For centuries "Our Lady of Walsingham," was known as the "Nazareth of England."
Did you know Henry the Eighth visited there many times in his life before ordering it's destruction in 1538?
Though relegated to obscurity for the following centuries, nowadays the site welcomes pilgrims once again.
