An introduction to the practice of Centering Prayer.
In Centering Prayer we use a word or phrase to help us hold our attention on the presence of God. In this meditation, we share five minutes of silence together as we behold God beholding us.
Remember that the prayer is not in the avoidance of distraction, but in the return from distraction.
This is dedicated to the students at Warwick University, and indeed everywhere, during exam season.
Contemplative at Home offers guided meditative prayer - space to slow down and listen to the truth that is being born out of God's love for you today - drawing on Ignatian spirituality and at times, Lectio Divina.
