Description

Contemplative at Home offers guided meditative prayer - space to slow down and listen to the truth that is being born out of God's love for you today - drawing on Ignatian spirituality and at times, Lectio Divina.

In Psalm 81:1-10, the psalmist reminds us to give thanks and worship God, to remember all that good that you have known, all the good that God has done.

There is indeed mystery (an unknown voice in verse 5, a response from a thundercloud in verse 7) and perhaps this is why God decrees a a rhythm of remembering, the full moon and the new moon being reminders to worship.

You are invited to build into your life a regular rhythm of remembering, and praise.

There is hope for the future in the goodness we have known in the past.

This episode offers 20 minutes of guided meditation on Gods loving presence and the words of Psalm 81:1-10.

Every blessing as you pray.
