"But the question is, what are you offering to these women? What would you want to offer to them? So what you're offering to them would actually make it reduce. Because if you say that, oh, I was able to capture 50 women and then another initiative comes up and say, I was able to capture 150 women, you should be able to make a difference between what the first person did and what the second person did."
