Because growth and learning are lifelong processes and it can include diverse people, irrespective of their age or the stage of life they are in. And accordingly, growth. My Impact project, it has three pillars. The first pillar is empowering the next generation. Second pillar is cultivating the present generation. And the third pillar is honoring the older generation."
