"They could have gave him triple life if you didn't shoot anyone. There's no proof at all. This man, when he was taken, they took the DNA, everything on his clothes and everything like that. He had no Residue on his clothes from shooting anything. They arrested him from right there on the spot. He did not have a chance to go home. He did not have an opportunity to change his clothes. He was fingerprinted and certain things went down, but no one else did."
