"It takes a lot of support for a person to become a foster care parent, knowing that you're going to take care of a child that is not yours, that is coming from a badly, a bad situation, that may have behavioral issues, may be sick, the child may be sick and need to be taken care of with more than you know, you might need a nurse for the child, you might need hospitalization, you might have to take off work because a lot of foster care parents, they still work."
