"The conjured chest is now in the hands of the Kentucky historical society. Since 1976. It's in their collection, but it isn't displayed. I hope it's not in anybody's office. The writer in me wonders if creating a really creepy backstory is just a clever way to unload an unwanted piece of furniture, but I suppose it is easier to call Goodwill."
