"They have a race like the Kentucky Oaks called the Black Eyed Susan, and that has become pretty much a allowance race. It's not something that the Kentucky Oaks winner even considers anymore. And same thing with the Pimlico Special, which used to be run by top shelf older horses. That pretty much is not a who's who of horses anymore. It's really kind of a glorified allowance field now. And I think the Preakness will go down that same route. They have to upgrade that to grandstand."
