"This picture shows a tomato that I grew, and then I put it on a bed of sprouts that I also created, and it's on bread that a friend of mine made. So there you go. It's a sandwich of love and nurturing and delight. And I encourage everybody to try to pour some dirt in the pot and put a little seed and give it love. It's a great feeling.
