"Kid bullies that are not redirected in the proper way become adult bullies and a problem in our society. We need to plant the correct seed in our children's minds. They have to take accountability for their harsh actions. Their life depends on it. We should keep the lines of communication open with our children. When they tell us about an incident regarding bullying of any form, we should contact the correct officials promptly. We should follow up with an email."
