By using questions skillfully and having a dependable process, you can be more efficient with your time. You share ownership of the conversation when you give him several opportunities to make small decisions—ultimately leading to a big decision.

I am confident that my opt in/opt out sequences increase the likelihood that I can get agreement for action and lead a conversation forward.

I trust my process. But you have to have a process in order to trust a process.
