Fat Fish Blue is a place where you can relax, unwind and just be yourself. It is a place where blue jeans and t-shirts mix with tuxedos and ties: where people from all walks of life can just 'lay back' and enjoy live blues, great food and most of all, each other. Since opening during the Gateway District's revitalization, Fat Fish Blue has created a niche as Cleveland's approximation of the French Quarter. The modern two-story downtown space -- really a restaurant with a bar and stage dropped right in the middle of the plush dining area -- has become one of the top local spot for the blues. The club brings in top jazz and blues artists from around the country. Talk with Steve Zamborsky , founder and managing partner of Cleveland's Fat Fish Blue restaurant and live music club about his successes, challenges and best practices he has learned along the way as he has grown this unique venue!
