I innocently danced the Lindy Hop in Seattle long before I met my husband and later learned it was named after his Grandfather Charles Lindbergh! This dance was so much fun and didn't feel like exercise at all; but holy moly it is crazy fun cardiovascular exercise. www.couchtoactive.com
