Great employees want absolutely nothing to do with Boomer leaders who insist on making all the decision, solving all the problems, and keeping information bottled up on a 'need to know' basis. In fact, nothing sends employees out the door like the old school dictator who acts like only he/she can be "the leader."
They are everywhere, "leaders" (by virtue of position) who won't accept input or feedback; who basically want you to sit down, shut up, and do as your told.
And Millennials just won't work for them -- not for very long. Actually, most people don't really want to work for them, but Millennials are just a lot less willing to tolerate that old-school nonsense.
