How do SACs work in VCE, and how are your results used to calculate your study score?
In this episode of Course and Career Chat, I explain what SACs are, how they're assessed, how statistical moderation works and why your final results might be different from the marks you receive at school throughout the year.
What we're talking about:
1:32 What is a SAC?
4:35 How do you find out your SAC results?
7:47 How are SAC results used?
Learn why your SAC marks aren't necessarily your final moderated scores, how school-based assessments contribute to your study score, and how to use feedback from each SAC to improve your performance.
Rather than getting caught up in your marks or ranking, focus on understanding where you lost marks, what you need to do differently and how you can prepare for your next assessment.
