You cannot be all about the service and not about the money - it will not work. It will leave you left feeling drained and over exhausted. You cannot give good service without charging accordingly for the service that you want to provide for people.
This does not mean that you shouldn’t be all about the service - you need to make sure you are there for your clients and giving exceptional service. But, you need to make sure that you are profitable too!
