Description

With roughly 8 Billion people worldwide, we need to be more creative and smarter on how to feed everyone.  Early research suggests that protein isolate from potatoes may help build and maintain muscle mass as effectively as animal protein.  Potato protein appears to be easily absorbed and utilized by the body, which holds great promise as a way to increase protein in parts of the world where quality protein is lacking.
