Sometimes things happen in your band that aren't how you want things to go. People get upset about stuff. Whose job is it to deal with that? What!? Yours!? WTF!!?
Yeah, but no, though. It really is. And it's always an opportunity to create deeper relationships with your players, a bigger sense of yourself as a band leader, and a greater connection between the people in your project and their own value.
